About Me

I am a teenage young woman who is being slowly reformed and sanctified in life by the grace and work of Christ Jesus, my Savior. My greatest desire is to please my heavenly Father in all that I think, say and do.  Theologically, I would define myself as being from a reformed viewpoint (or Calvinist), although that’s just another word for what the Scripture teaches about faith. I’m part of a wonderful family of eleven people.  We live in the beautiful Northwest where it rains 1/3-1/2 of the time and is absolutely gorgeous the rest of it.  I enjoy and love reading, history, cooking, running, cycling, hikes, family, children, learning, language, adventure, housework, quilting, sewing, exercise… pretty much everything except animals – those I tolerate.

Currently Reading:

Institutes of Biblical Law, volume 2 by Rousas John Rushdoony

Homemaking by J.R. Miller

History of the Christian Church, volume 3 – by Phillip Schaff

City of God by Augustine
